Ingredients

  • 1 head chinese cabbage chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/4 c. sesame seeds
  • 2 pkg. ramen noodles, crushed (do not use seasoning package)
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or you can use the oriental seasoning packet from Ramen noodles)

Method

  • Brown together oleo, sliced almonds, sesame seeds, Ramen noodles.
  • Boil for one minute vinegar, oil, sugar and soy sauce. Cool then mix with browned ingredients and cabbage and green onions.
