- 2-11 oz. cans of Mandarin orange segments, drained.
- 1-20 oz. can pineapple tidbits (reserve juice)
- 2-envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1-cup orange juice (or pineapple from tidbits)
- 1-cup boiling water
- 1-14 oz. evaporated milk
- 1-2 lb. container yogurt
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- In a large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup juice. Let stand one minute.
- Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
- Add milk, yogurt, pineapple, oranges and vanilla
- Stir until all ingredients are mixed together.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for 5 hrs. or overnight.
