Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken, cut into parts
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly grated orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 c. water

Method

  • Season chicken pieces with salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, tarragon and thyme.
  • Place in a shallow baking pan, skin side down.
