Ingredients
- 5 large Vidalia onions
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 24 Ritz crackers
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Slice onions thinly.
- Saute onions in butter until very soft (do not brown).
- In a casserole dish, place 1/2 of onions and 1/2 crushed Ritz crackers.
- Sprinkle thick with Parmesan cheese. Repeat onions, crackers and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
