Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. oleo, melted
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Set aside.
- In small mixing bowl, stir together eggs, milk, oleo and brown sugar.
- Add to flour mixture. Stir until blended.
- Pour batter onto preheated grids of lightly greased waffle iron.
- Bake about 5 to 6 minutes.
