Ingredients
- 1 c. mashed banana (approximately 2 medium)
- 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped peanuts
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
- Spoon mixture into 6 (3 ounce) wax paper or plastic cups.
- Freeze 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until mixture is partially frozen.
- Insert a wooden stick into the center of each cup and freeze for several hours until firm.
- Peel off cups before serving.
