- 2 pork steaks
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- hot pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 celery stalks
- peanut oil
- salt (optional)
- garlic paste to taste
- 6 Tbsp. chicken broth
Method
- Debone pork, cube and marinate in soy sauce, sherry and ginger.
- Meanwhile, peel and chop onion and celery and grate carrots into coarse pieces.
