Ingredients
- 1 lb. wide noodles
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Boil noodles in rapidly boiling salted water, about 10 minutes (1/2 teaspoon salt).
- Drain and run under cold water.
- Stir in all other ingredients (beaten lightly).
- Bake in a large, well-greased baking dish for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
