Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 c. ginger ale
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
Method
- Mix all ingredients in pan with tight fitting lid (a heavy Dutch oven).
- Cover first with foil, the put tight fitting lid over foil.
- Cook 3 hours at 300°.
- Don't peek while cooking. Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
