Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 12 lbs red potatoes
- 13 cup ham, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Method
- If desired, peel the potatoes.
- Add the water, broth, potatoes, and ham to a soup pot.
- Bring to a boil and cook until tender.
- Drain and toss in the butter, parsley, and seasoning.
