Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. strained, mashed squash
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Beat all ingredients but the crust with beater.
- Pour filling into pie crust.
- Bake on bottom shelf at 400° for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Yield: one pie.
