Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Cut butter into dry ingredients.
- Stir in milk.
- When blended, place dough on floured bread board and knead for 2 to 3 minutes. Roll out and cut into biscuits.
- Place on greased pan.
- Bake at 425° for 12 minutes.
- Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
