Ingredients

  • 1 submarine roll, partially split
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1 slice American and Mozzarella cheese, cut in half diagonally
  • 2 thin slices roast beef
  • 2 thin slices ham
  • 2 thin slices salami
  • 4 dill pickle slices
  • 3 black olives, sliced

Method

  • Place the split roll on a plate. Open it so it will lay flat; spread with mayonnaise.
  • Place lettuce on roll.
  • Place the American cheese halves on lettuce with points extending outward. Roll up the beef slices and place on cheese.
  • Do the same with the ham and salami.
  • Top with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Garnish with pickle slices and olives.
