Ingredients
- 2 cans Ballard biscuit mix (20 biscuits)
Method
- Flatten one biscuit at a time. Spread with cream cheese. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt.
- Chop mushrooms as small as possible.
- Roll up biscuits into a log and slice into 5 pieces. Lay on cookie sheet.
- After all biscuits are rolled and cut, brush with milk or egg white and sprinkle with poppy seed.
- Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
