Ingredients
- 4 c. blended fruit
- 1 can concentrated fruit juice
- 1 can water
- 1/3 c. arrowroot powder
Method
- Put all ingredients in blender; blend well.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened.
- Combine fruit and juice flavors as desired.
- Great on pancakes, sandwiches and toast.
