Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix
  • 1/2 cup smuckers sundae chocolate syrup
  • 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • Will need icing to put on afterwards**

Method

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients together until it is well blended.
  • 3. Fill cupcake cups half way full, and put them in the oven.
  • 4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • 5. After you take them out, take them out of the pan and let them cool for about 15 minutes. Then you can put icing on them.
