Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix
- 1/2 cup smuckers sundae chocolate syrup
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- Will need icing to put on afterwards**
Method
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together until it is well blended.
- 3. Fill cupcake cups half way full, and put them in the oven.
- 4. Bake for 25 minutes.
- 5. After you take them out, take them out of the pan and let them cool for about 15 minutes. Then you can put icing on them.
