Ingredients
- 5 g almond flakes
- 1 small kiwi, peeled and cut into pieces
- 40 g red grapes
- 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 small apple, peeled and cut into pieces
- 100 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Mix the fruit together in a bowl. Whisk together the ricotta (or cottage cheese, if using), milk, honey and vanilla extract then add to the fruit bowl. Garnish with the toasted almonds.
