Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 cubed steaks
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can whole potatoes
- 1/2 c. vegetable liquid
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 can peas and carrots
Method
- Cut steaks into 1-inch strips.
- Season flour with salt and pepper.
- Roll steak in flour mixture.
- Heat butter in skillet until bubbling.
- Add meat; brown well on all sides.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cut whole potatoes into cubes.
- Cover skillet; simmer for 10 minutes.
