Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh mint, chopped very fine
- 3 Tbsp. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. white wine or white wine vinegar
Method
- Place the mint in a pitcher or gravy boat and pour the boiling water over it.
- Wait 20 minutes so that the mint has time to infuse the water.
- Add sugar and wine or vinegar.
- Stir well and serve.
