Ingredients
- 8 oz. cooked corned beef, chopped
- 3/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 25 slices snack size rye bread
- 1 c. Frank's sauerkraut
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Method
- Mix corned beef and dressing.
- Place bread slices on broiler pan and divide corned beef mixture among bread slices.
- Top with sauerkraut and cheese.
- Broil 4-inches from heat 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
