Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 13 cup carrot, finely grated
  • 13 cup onion, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 12 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • peanut sauce
  • sweet and sour sauce

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400F Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or lightly oiled tin foil.
  • Lightly combine all ingredients.
  • Roll into approximately thirty 1" balls.
  • Bake meatballs on baking tray for 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160F.
