Ingredients

  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry ( about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix cream cheese and onion in medium bowl until well blended.
  • Add spinach, bacon bits, flour and shredded cheese; mix well.
  • Stir in eggs until well blended.
  • Spoon evenly into 24 well greased and floured miniature muffin pan cups.
  • Bake 14 to 16 min.
  • or until centres are set and tops are golden brown.
  • Serve warm or chilled.
