Ingredients
- 2 lbs. cubed Roast Beef
- 2 cans Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 2 large Green Peppers, chopped
- 1 pint Sour Cream
- 1 Beef Bouillon Cube
- 1 cup Water
Method
- Simmer tomatoes, onion, and peppers in bouillon base with water. Brown beef in garlic butter. Add to mixture.
- Simmer for about 1 hour. Add sour cream. Simmer for 15-20 minutes more.
- Serve over rice if desired.
