Ingredients
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. warm
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
Method
- In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Stir in water, egg, oil and vanilla.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into 6 greased 6 ounce custard cups.
- Microwave 3 cakes at a time, uncovered, until wooden pick comes out clean, about 2 minutes.
- Loosen edges of cakes; remove from dishes.
- Serve warm.
