Ingredients
- 1 lb. cubes Velveeta, melted in double boiler
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 small can green chili
- 1 Tbsp. melted shortening
- 1/2 c. tomato juice or 1 small can tomato sauce
- garlic salt to taste
Method
- Saute onion, chili and shortening.
- Add tomato juice and garlic salt.
- Mix all ingredients into melted cheese.
- If too thick, add more tomato juice.
- Serve hot with corn chips.
