Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked

Method

  • Combine chili, salsa and mushrooms; set aside.
  • Combine cheeses and seasonings; set aside.
  • Boil noodles according to box directions.
  • Starting with chili mixture, then noodles, then cheese, layer 3 times.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
