Ingredients
- 1 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Method
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Combine all ingredients except flour in bowl.
- Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
- Add flour; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
- (If dough is too soft, cover; refrigerate 30-45 minutes or until firm enough to form cookies.
- Place dough into cookie press fitted with template.
- Form designed shapes, 1 inch apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 6-8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
