Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 to 4 slices bread, cubed (2 pieces for small batch)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1 can mushrooms, strained
Method
- Mix ground beef, eggs, onion,
- bread cubes and salt and pepper to taste.
- Make into meatballs and brown.
- Put in casserole dish.
- Add mushroom soup, milk (enough to cover meatballs) and mushrooms.
- Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve mushroom gravy over mashed potatoes.
