Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. deep pan pie shells
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1/2 lb. sausage meat
  • 5 to 7 potatoes
  • some pepper, oregano and garlic powder or salt

Method

  • Room temperature for pie shells.
  • Brown hamburger and sausage together; drain grease.
  • Then add (season to taste) pepper, oregano and garlic salt.
  • Boil peeled potatoes to make mashed potatoes; while mashing, you can add some butter.
  • Mix meat and potatoes together; put in one pie shell, then cover with a pie shell.
  • Bake until golden brown.
  • Serves 4 to 5 people.
