Ingredients
- 1 pkg. deep pan pie shells
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/2 lb. sausage meat
- 5 to 7 potatoes
- some pepper, oregano and garlic powder or salt
Method
- Room temperature for pie shells.
- Brown hamburger and sausage together; drain grease.
- Then add (season to taste) pepper, oregano and garlic salt.
- Boil peeled potatoes to make mashed potatoes; while mashing, you can add some butter.
- Mix meat and potatoes together; put in one pie shell, then cover with a pie shell.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Serves 4 to 5 people.
