Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 4 slices bread, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. milk
- 6 qt. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix
- first 4 ingredients well.
- Roll into small balls.
- Bring water and salt to a boil.
- Drop meatballs into water.
- When they float to top, remove and drain.
- Put in crock-pot or loaf pan. Pour over favorite sauce and bake at 300° for 1 hour.
- (We like barbecue sauce best.)
