Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork (not sausage; optional)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix ingredients together.
- Form into balls. Roll balls in flour. Brown in a skillet with a small amount of Crisco.
- Place browned meat balls in a dish and cover with mushroom soup.
- Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350°.
