Ingredients

  • 4 ounce. small shell or possibly elbow pasta
  • 1 pound grnd meat
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon thyme, marjoram, or possibly savory
  • 10 ounce. frzn mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 c. crushed crackers

Method

  • Cook pasta, set aside.
  • Cook meat and onion till brown.
  • Drain fat.
  • Stir in soup, cheese, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, Worcestershire sauce, and herb.
  • Stir in vegetables and pasta.
  • Put mix in a 2 qt casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with crackers.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min, covered.
  • Uncover and cook for 5 - 10 min more.
