- 4 pork cutlets
- Dijon mustard
- bread crumbs
- olive oil
Method
- Pat dry the cutlets.
- Spread with mustard and dunk in bread crumbs, patting the crumbs on the cutlets to form a nice paste. Fry in hot oil until nicely browned; turn and brown the other side.
- Cover frying pan and cook on medium-low heat for 30 to 40 minutes until pork is no longer pink.
