- 1 (17 oz.) can English peas
- 1 (17 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 (17 oz.) can French-style green beans
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 to 1 c. green peppers
- 1/2 c. onions
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
Method
- Heat vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt and oil only over low heat until it comes to a boil.
- Pour gently over vegetables and chill overnight.
