Ingredients
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 12 3 oz. skinned chicken drumsticks
Method
- In a large bowl, combine tomato paste, vinegar, chopped thyme, and soy sauce.
- Add drumsticks, turning to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
