Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots, peeled
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Slice carrots and cook 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Add other ingredients and refrigerate overnight before serving.
