Ingredients

  • 1 Large Containor of ricotta cheese
  • 1 Small bag of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Can or jar of plain spagetti sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 Box of shells (the ones that look like seashells)
  • Oregano
  • Salt Pepper

Method

  • First preheat oven to 350 degrees.Get a large pot and fill it 2/3 full of water add a tabelspoon of oil and spinkle a little bit of salt, bring the water to a boil and add the shells.Put half of the ricotta cheese, egg, two small hand fulls of the mozzerella cheese, sprinkle some salt, pepper, and oregano into a large bowl and mix all of the ingredents together.
  • Once the shells are done put them in a strainer and run cold water over them until they are cool enough for you to handle.Next fill the shells with the ingredents you mixed together.Get a cookie sheet and lightl spread som spagetti across the cookie sheet. Put your stuffed shells on the cookie sheet and pour the rest of the spagetti sauce over every stuffed shell.Sprinkle the rest of the mozzerella cheese over eacch shell.Cover with tin foil and bake.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the stuffed shells are warm on 350 degrees.
