Ingredients
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 box manicotti noodles
- 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Method
- Cook manicotti shells according to package directions.
- Mix first 6 ingredients together and fill cooked noodles with mixture. Pour a little spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Place filled noodles over top.
- Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over top of noodles.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
