Ingredients

  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box manicotti noodles
  • 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Method

  • Cook manicotti shells according to package directions.
  • Mix first 6 ingredients together and fill cooked noodles with mixture. Pour a little spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Place filled noodles over top.
  • Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over top of noodles.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
