Ingredients
- 2 c. mango fruit, skins and seeds removed and pureed
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Combine all ingredients in non-corrosive pan.
- Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove to a shallow container; set in freezer.
- Stir every 30 minutes to keep from freezing solid.
- Scrape into glasses; garnish with raspberry sauce and fresh mint.
- Serves 12.
