Ingredients
- 1 large can fruit cocktail, drained well
- 4 (8 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 to 2 c. sour cream (I use low-fat, low cholesterol)
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 5 or 6 maraschino cherries (optional)
Method
- Mix together all ingredients after thoroughly draining fruit. Chill well for several hours and serve.
- Cherries are an optional garnish or use pecans.
