Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup oil
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
- 1 (8 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip
Method
- Beat together all ingredients and pour into 3 floured 8 " cake pans.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350.
- Completely cool before frosting.
- To make frosting, beat together pudding and pineapples.
- Fold into coolship.
- Spread between layers and over top and sides.
- Refrigerate.
