Ingredients
- 1 7 oz. elbow macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. diced American cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 2 -3 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2/3 c. mayo or salad dressing
- 1 green pepper, cut in rings
Method
- Cook the macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add vinegar, mix lightly and let stand 10 minutes.
