- 1 lb. liver sausage
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Method
- Mix well together; shape into log or ball.
- Chill and serve as spread on crackers.
