Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. lemon-lime soda
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, divided
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Stir in jello and beat until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla, oranges, pineapple, soda and pecans.
- Chill until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
- Fold in 3/4 of the Cool Whip.
- Pour in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
- Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve with remaining Cool Whip.
