Ingredients

  • 2 cup Left-over Turkey - mostly dark
  • 4 cup Left-over broth from the baked turkey
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Potato
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 box Chicken Broth
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Various Seasonings of your Preference - salt, pepper, sage, thyme, basil, rosemary, beau monde, Lawrys, celery salt, celery seeds, dill, etc.
  • 1 packages Crescent Rolls

Method

  • Add liquid ingredients.
  • Cut vegetables and add to liquid.
  • Cut turkey into squares and add to liquid.
  • Add seasonings to taste.
  • Cook for one hour.
  • Last 15 minutes bake crescent rolls to serve with the soup.
