Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
Method
- Boil cabbage until tender; drain.
- Layer in 9 x 13-inch dish. Brown hamburg; drain off fat.
- Stir rice in with hamburg, then spread over cabbage.
- In food processor, blend whole tomatoes. Pour blended tomatoes over rice and hamburg mixture.
- Cover dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
