Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) box thin spaghetti
  • 1 (16 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • 1 (1 lb.) container large curd cottage cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag stuffed Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) block sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Boil spaghetti noodles until done (7 to 9 minutes).
  • Drain. Layer Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheeses over noodles.
  • Top with spaghetti sauce.
  • Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before you cut it.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
