Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) box thin spaghetti
- 1 (16 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 (1 lb.) container large curd cottage cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) bag stuffed Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) block sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Boil spaghetti noodles until done (7 to 9 minutes).
- Drain. Layer Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheeses over noodles.
- Top with spaghetti sauce.
- Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before you cut it.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
