Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped

Method

  • Melt the butter and chocolate, combining well. Set aside to cool.
  • Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla, beating until fluffy. Add to chocolate mixture. When thoroughly combined, gently fold in the flour as well as the chocolate chips and pecans.
  • Pour into greased or sprayed 9 X 13 inch pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
