Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. hamburger or ground chuck
- 1 can V-8 juice
- 1 pkg. dried onion soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. frozen veggies (mixed)
Method
- Brown hamburger and drain. Add other ingredients.
- Simmer on low until vegetables are cooked.
