Ingredients
- 3 small Sweet potatoes
- 1/3 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
- 5 oz Evaporated milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Melted butter
- 1/2 tsp Ground pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Pie crust
Method
- Heat oven to 350
- In large bowl stir together all ingredients except pie crust; mix until well blended.
- Unroll pie crust; press into 9 in.
- pie pan (or use already made pie crust) crimp edges if desired.
- Pour sweet potato mixture into pie crust.
- Bake 40 to 45min's , or until knife inserted into center comes out clean, covering crust with foil if it browns too quickly.
- Cool.& enjoy!
